  • If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Care team at info@pawssnatural.com.
  • We offer refunds or exchanges for items within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have proof of payment. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for open or damaged bags of pet food, ID tags that have already been engraved, leashes, harnesses, collars, beds, toys, carriers or any other products that have been used due to hygiene concerns.
  • All refunds will be given in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases at Paws Natural.

Please note that we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges of below.

  • Open or Damaged bags of Pet Food
  • ID tags that have been Engraved
  • Leashes, Harnesses, Collars,Beds, Toys, Carriers or any other products that have been used due to Hygiene Concerns.
